I know you girls heart Kristen (and all things Twilight!), so I asked
Jillian Dempsey, Kristen’s Oscars makeup artist (and Avon’s Global Creative
Color Director) for the lowdown on her makeup. Enjoy!
“Kristen’s look was edgy glam, with a clean, youthful feeling. We played
up her eyes with heavy liner and lots of lush mascara. Her eyeshadow was
a shimmering, midnight quartz, complimented by peach lips. To create those
smoldering eyes, use Jillian Dempsey for Avon Kohl Eyeliner in Black, Dior
Show Mascara in Blackout, and Avon True Color Eyeshadow in Midnight Plum.
On the face, start with Armani Silk Luminous Foundation. Then, add Shu
Uemura Blush in Peach 45 and Benefit That Gal (a brightener) to give cheeks
a pinch of color. To complete the look, apply the brand new Jillian Dempsey
for Avon Professional Multi-Pencil in Twice as Nice for a soft, peachy
pout.”
