I’m having visions of ice princesses and sugar-plum fairies! With holiday parties in full swing, it’s high time to rock something a little more dramatic and glamorous than usual. So far this season I’ve done the statement lip to death (literally: I showed up to a soiree this weekend with Barbie Pink lips, and one last week donning black gloss), but I’m really eager to break out the glitter! So, I consulted COVERGIRL celebrity makeup artist Molly Stern for her tips on how to properly apply glitter.

“To create the perfect holiday glam look, I recommend choosing one feature to highlight for the night. For example, I love creating a smoldering smoky eye for the holidays with just a touch of glitter.
