We are shamelessly in love with Emmy Rossum’s delicate rose ensemble she wore to the Jason Wu for Target Private Launch Event! Sheer blouses are definitely one of our
obsessions right now, especially buttoned all the way up for that
sexy-meets-sweet vibe. Her grey smokey eye adds just the right amount of edge to the look, as do her natural waves. Emmy completed her look with pretty H. Stern Cobblestone earrings and an H. Stern Golden Stone ring.

Scott. How do you top off such a strong print on a dress? With a casual
