Hey girls, it’s Chelsea from Style Council! Okay, so
am I the only one who is beyond excited about spring and summer lines starting
to hit the shelves? Since it’s been warming up in Georgia I’ve already been
rocking all my favorite spring looks. This week, I decided I needed to add to
my warm weather collection and do a little, which turned into A LOT of
shopping! I checked out Forever 21 and American Rag’s (at Macys) spring lines
and got some fun spring dresses for different occasions!

To celebrate the launch of the new fragrance DKNY Women
Energizing Eau de Toilette, the brand literally stopped traffic in Times Square
last Friday! The two models who star in the campaign (and real-life sweethearts — they’re engaged!), Anja
