What Do YOU Think Of Cheryl Coles Brand New Video?

We always knew Cheryl Cole was a bit of a twinkle toes considering her ballet background, but she’s finally brought out her killer moves in the video for her new single, Parachute. And we love it.

Whilst it looks quite like a segment of Strictly Come Dancing, minus the sequins and double the sex appeal we think our Chezza looks amazing in he…

Product Review: Diorshow Extase Mascara

Diorshow-Extase.gifI just tried out Diorshow’s newest mascara and I am thrilled with the
results! I didn’t wear mascara until last year when my roommate insisted
that I introduce it into my makeup routine. I went for the original Diorshow
product and instantly saw my lashes transform from plain to thick and
voluminous! I love the Diorshow Extase mascara because it is even more
dramatic, but still subtle enough for everyday use. With just one or two
strokes, there is an obvious immediate layering and curling effect added to
my lashes. The innovative Extase brush is modeled after the tiered couture
design of Christian Dior’s stunning dresses. The brush has multiple
benefits, like the way it absorbs the mascara into the grooves and evenly
disperses it to the lashes without getting clumped or messy. The new formula
even aids in protecting and repairing lashes, which is great news for makeup
addicts like me. I think that next time I visit home people will finally
compliment my lashes instead of my brother’s naturally long, perfect ones!
Diorshow Extase will be available at department stores starting today for
$28!

Want Rihanna’s Amazing Grammy’s Hair?

rihannagrammys2010.jpgUm, I do (my hair is still in a dreadful transition from bangs!). Here’s the scoop from Ursula Stephen (a celebrity stylist for Motions), who created Rihanna’s ‘do!
1. For a good foundation, relax hair with Motions Silkening Shine Relaxer System
2. Apply Motions Foaming Wrap Lotion to the longer hair at the crown, mold hair upwards and towards the right side of the head. Sit under a hooded dryer to set the style
3. Apply Motions Original Oil Moisturizer Hair Lotion throughout hair
4. Use a flat iron on small sections of hair in an upward motion
5. Finish with Motions Shine Enhancing Pomade

Under Wraps

  2. knotband.jpg

So I just lopped off about two more inches of my hair and I LOVE it, (pics to come) but because it’s so short I can’t really pull it up into a topknot anymore. Boo hoo!! However, that means I get to play around with headbands to keep my little chick-fuzzy frizzies under control! I’m especially crazy about these Spikes headbands ($44) and these Eclipse bands ($77), from By Lilla that come in the most delightful nudes and pastels….agh! I want them all! Find these (and lots of other super cute styles) this spring at Bylilla.com

Adorable Obsession: Urban Decay’s Alice In Wonderland Book Of Shadows

Alice in Wonderland_grp.jpgMy excitement for the new Alice In Wonderland movie has officially reached fever pitch, and this insanely cute eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay really isn’t helping! The Book Of Shadows opens up top to reveal not just a mirror, but a pop-up book scene from Alice in Wonderland. Amazing, yes, but that’s not even the best part. Down below, a drawer pops open with 16 of Urban Decay’s most popular shadows, along with two travel sized eyeliners, and a mini eyeshadow primer. The shades are seriously gorgeous! Pick up your own for $52 at Ulta!

Luxe Lavender

telalavender.jpegI’m a beauty product junkie. Quite frankly, my postage stamp sized bathroom can’t take the overflow of shampoos and conditioners that I bring home on a daily basis. This dilemma brought me to a hardcore garbage bag and rubber gloves bathroom product cleanout. I threw out expired products, bottles with just a quarter of product left in them and products I had to admit to myself that I’d never use. On the list of things I couldn’t part with was my Tela Beauty Organics shampoo and conditioner. I love the fact that Tela’s products are organic but still provide plenty of lather. I use the Color Atura shampoo and conditioner ($50) which both have the most amazing lavender scent. While pricey, this shampoo and conditioner keep my color from fading and my hair from drying out. Drop into their salon to pick up some product or get a fantastic blowout.
