Then, I tad of illuminating shimmer doesn’t hurt to give a plumper look. Also, a nude lip pencil to line a SLIGHT bit outside your natural lip line (I like a heart shape upper lip) then fill in. This will give an illusion of a fuller upper lip, without looking obvious.”
