Runway Insider: Passion For Fashion Winners

Hey guys, we’re Elisabeth Acosta and Ivy Holland, the two lucky Passion for Fashion competition winners that got to go and check out the Badgley Mischka show today at the tents at Bryant Park!!!

Going
to this awesome show during our all-expense-paid trip to NYC for
Fashion Week was part of what we received as grand prize winners in The
Art Institutes 2009 Passion for Fashion competition for high school
seniors. Elisabeth won in the Fashion Design category, representing
Miami International University of Art & Design and Ivy won the
Fashion Marketing & Merchandising and Fashion Retail Management
category, representing The Art Institute of Austin.

Runway Insider: New Take on the French Manicure at Trovata

Bill Roache’s Moving Memorial

Bill Roache made a moving tribute to his wife Sara at her memorial service yesterday (17.02.09). The ‘Coronation Street’ actor - who plays Ken Barlow in the Itv soap - praised his “devoted” wife, adding he felt like the “luckiest man alive” to have been married to her.

Craig Charles’ Raucous Night Out

Craig Charles caused outrage after embarking on an alcohol-fuelled night out in a tranquil English town. The ‘Coronation Street’ actor - who was suspended from the soap in 2006 after he was pictured smoking crack cocaine - wrecked havoc on the streets of Bowness, near Lake Windermere when he reeled from pub to pub with co-star Simon Gregson.
