Listen to NYC celeb cosmetic dentist, Dr. Lana Rozenberg. She recently shared the top things NOT to do, smile-wise! Curry… who knew??
“The absolute worst things you can do for your smile are:
1. smoke: not only bad for teeth but for health in general
2. not floss: leads to cavities and long hours spent at a dentist office
3. eat and drink colored foods and drinks… especially too many things with curry. They’ll make your teeth deep yellow
4. do not overbleach. Yes, there is such thing as too much of a good thing! It will cause sensitivity and transluscency in your teeth.
5. do not suck on acidic things or candy, it causes of erosion and decay.”

A Dark Orbit is Basick Records’ first signing from across the pond, and their first EP, A Dark Orbit is a half hour barrage of metal that refuses to give your ears a break. Despite only being around for 11 months, it’s pretty impressive that these guys have such a tight sound, that many metal bands find impossible to create after years together.
