The Verve, Richard Ashcroft (vocals), Simon Jones (bass), Nick McCabe (guitar) and Peter Salisbury (drums) release new single “Rather Be” on Monday 17th November. The single is the second to be taken from their recent Number one album “Forth” and follows the smash “Love Is Noise” which was released in August this year.

In Case Of Fire have been announced as one of the acts on 2009’s Kerrang! Tour in January. The band, who release debut single This Time We Stand on November 10th will be joining Bring Me The Horizon, Mindless Self Indulgence and Black Tide on the national tour.

The Chemists release their new single “Radio Booth “on December 1st through Distiller Records. The track was produced by the band and mixed by Adrian Bushby (Foo Fighters/Doves.) The single will be available on 7”/ download and a remix is provided by Haunts who have previously twiddled the knobs for Funeral for a Friend, Late of the Pier and the Enemy, amongst others.

Having just recently ripped up venues across the UK on their double-headline tour with label mates Pelican, Torche have announced plans to return to the UK in early December. They will be playing shows supporting Isis either side of their appearances at ATP’s Nightmare Before Christmas festival.
