Congrats to Amy Gonzo, 19, who won the Chanel Nail Polish Contest with Seventeen!
Her winning shade, Haute Chocolat, was inspired by her fave winter
drink — warm cocoa. The shimmery brown hue has flecks of gold glitter
in it, making it the newest “it” color for Fall! It’s available
nationwide at Macy’s for purchase. Although Haute Chocolat is pretty awesome on it’s own, here are three cool ways to rock it, differently:
The alternate French mani — paint Haute Chocolate over the whole nail and finish with a thin line of white polish at the tip.
The vertical stripe — after two base coats of HC, draw a thin line using black polish down the center of your nail to create a vertical stripe.
The bedazzled nail — after HC dries (paint two coats on nails
followed by a clear top coat), arrange small jewels (use the glue
provided with them) randomly on nail or in a thin row at tip.
What do you think of the winning shade? Are you going to buy it? Sound off!

Davies to ditch it, because he thought the idea would make the episode a “spoof”.
